Admission procedure and registration

The Consortium Committee approves the list of admitted students and of those who will be proposed for Erasmus Mundus Scholarships or any other available funding. Afterwards, the Consortium Committee informs the Coordination Institution about the list of approved and rejected students.

All applicants shall receive written communication of the decision of the Consortium Committee. It will be in a form of Notification Letter explaining the grounds for accepting or rejecting the application as well with information on the appeal procedure. The communications will be issued by the EMMECC NURSING Coordinator University (the University of Oviedo) on behalf of all partner Universities.

The notification on acceptance for the selected candidates will include:

  • The official EACEA Letter of approval
  • A model of the Student Agreement
  • Student handbook with practical information on the EMMC

The notification of acceptance contains a deadline by which the candidates should register for the Master Course programme and should send via ordinary mail the original hard copies of the certificates and the documentation uploaded in their application forms on-line. If this deadline is not met, the notification of acceptance will be null and void. If a number of places is still available after the deadline for registration expired, a corresponding number of applicants from the reserved list, who did not initially receive notification of acceptance, will be admitted according to the ranking achieved.
